Or trying to. Despite a pledge to give the House's information technology an end-to-end overhaul and launching new features like a fresh interface for video streaming from the House floor, the Republican House leadership apparently hasn't gotten as far as Judiciary's video feed. It is choppy, intermittent, and making people frustrated.
