Questions John King Didn't Ask Buddy Roemer at the CNN Republican Primary Debate But Roemer Answered Anyway

Just because someone who may be seeking the Republican presidential nomination doesn't get invited to the big, fancy CNN debate doesn't mean he can't participate.
Former Louisiana Gov. Buddy Roemer followed along with the debate last night from a podium several states away, uploading video clips to YouTube with his answers to every single question asked of the seven nominees at St. Anselm College.
"Hello, I'm Buddy Roemer," he began. "I'm so happy to be close to New Hampshire, although I'm not in the debate. Actually, I'm in Louisiana tonight."
Sure, it might be a drawback that he wasn't physically in the room, didn't get all that attention from CNN, lost the chance at the gravitas that comes from standing next to people widely regarded as contenders — but Roemer's approach had at least one upshot: He had no fear of being interrupted by CNN anchor John King harrumphing, Chewbacca-like, in hopes of shortening his answers.
Roemer will be in New Hampshire next week, he said in one of his YouTube videos. His website says he will officially declare his presidential candidacy "in the next couple weeks."
