Over at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, that agency-in-the-works headed up by Elizabeth Warren, they're rolling out a especially creative approach to citizen feedback. They're collecting responses from both customers and industry professionals, all part of their Know Before You Owe campaign, "an effort to combine the Truth in Lending disclosure and the Good Faith Estimate into a single, simpler form."
