It's been clear for a while that the terms of service that companies ask us to agree to — whether its for software on our computer or a web 2.0 service — are, well, totally unclear. Or, to be more longwinded about it, obtuse, convoluted, and sometimes misleading.

CNET hops in the driver's seat of the let's-point-out-how-ridiculous-it-is-to-agree-to-something-we-don't-even-read-let-alone-understand bus by asking Academy Award winner Richard Dreyfuss to do a dramatic reading of the iTunes terms of service.
