Ha, another reminder of the way things used to be from the Kagan email vaults. In a 1995 email, Kagan, then Associate White House Counsel, asks a colleague if a staff brunch scheduled for the weekend was still on the calendar.

She ends, with perhaps a touch of New York City sass, by asking her co-worker, "Am I using e-mail correctly?"
