McCain's MySpace hacked
BY Joshua Levy | Tuesday, March 27 2007
TechCrunch and Newsvine have the scoop: John McCain's MySpace page was hacked today, by (of all people) Newsvine founder and CEO Mike Davidson. According to TechCrunch, Davidson designed the MySpace template that McCain is using. He lets anyone use it for free as long as they give attribution.
Apparently McCain didn't give him credit and Davidson was miffed. Since the template includes images that Davidson hosts himself, he simply switched one of McCain's images with a new one that makes it appear that McCain has changed his stance on gay marriage.

The fake statement reads:
Today I anounce that I have reversed my position and come out in full
support of gay mariage…particularly marriage between two passionate
females.
