One For The Annals Of Undeleted Tweets

It's one of those lines that you'd expect to end up on a Cafe Press t-shirt: "It's Constitutional. Bitches."
But instead, it was a tweet that appeared on Democratic National Committee Executive Director Patrick Gaspard's Twitter account shortly after the Supreme Court issued its opinion on the Affordable Healthcare Act.
The comment quickly lit up the conservative blogosphere, which jumped on Gaspard for his choice of words. An hour later, he issued an apology:
"I let my scotus excitement get the better of me. In all seriousness, this is an important moment in improving the lives of all Americans," he wrote.
But by then the ill-worded note had ben retweeted more than 1,500 times, and hundreds of others pointed it out to their own followers, and conservative pundit Michelle Malkin's Twitchy curation site picked it up, as did The Drudge Report.
