Seattle's TechFlash is reporting that a local digital developer is suing the William J. Clinton Foundation for failure to pay the company for online work. The complaint alleges that the Foundation owes the firm $541,000 on a $1.5 million contract for the development of Project 2° (project2degrees.org), an online project described the statement of work between the firm and foundation as "a web based application where various governments, communities, and environmental enthusiasts will be able to collaborate and participate in managing greenhouse gases." The Clinton Foundation, reports TechFlash, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
