Climate change hub joins YouTube and Google Moderator for CNN town hall

Google, in partnership with CNN, has paired Google Moderator and YouTube (says Google, the first time the tools the video platform and voting platform have been joined) to create Raise Your Voice, a hub for collecting and vetting video questions that will be put to world leaders during the upcoming Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen -- though it's not exactly clear from the platform how many questions while make it from YouTube to the press conference on CNN, or how the video submissions be integrated into the event. Word is that, alas, the snowman from the '08 YouTube primary debates won't be able to submit a question, having melted earlier this fall.

Are We Being Duped?

Do you ever get that feeling like you're good intentions are being manipulated by powerful forces that operate behind the scenes? I do.

With the whole email fiasco that has recently surfaced (http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=34656) I've become rather skeptical of the voices of power that are telling us to stay on the global warming band wagon.

I used to be pretty convinced that temperature increase was about as sure as the rising of the sun...but no more. Stepping back, you can see that there is a lot of money to be made in relation to this whole global warming thing. Where there is money to be made, corruption is bound to flourish.

The bad thing is, if we are all running around like stupid little puppits on strings dancing to the song that the Global Warming Elite are telling us to dance to...eventually that will all come crashing down. But nobody will be held accountable for it. Bernnie Madoff is serving his time for deceiving people and making off with their money...but if this whole Warming thing is a hoax...I bet we won't see one person locked up, regardless of the billions of dollars that will have been wasted in an effort to fight a non-existent problem
