- Only last spring did CrisisCommons sprung up out the imaginations of "a small band of idealists and innovators" as a way of leveraging tech in response to crisis. In mid-July, CrisisCommons will take the next step with the first Internationl CrisisCongress, hosted World Bank, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, and the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars.
