- Harry-Reid challenger Sharron Angle and Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann are among the bold-faced names touted as attractions at RightOnline, happening in Vegas at the end of the week. (Reid himself will be hitting the nearby Netroots Nation.)

- The federal judiciary offers some suggestions on what courts might tell jurors on social media: "You may not communicate with anyone about the case on your cell phone, through e-mail, Blackberry, iPhone, text messaging or on Twitter, through any blog or website, through any internet chat room, or by way of any other social networking websites, including Facebook, My Space, LinkedIn and YouTube."
