- Obama names Google's Schmidt and Microsoft's Mundie to the President's Council of Advisers on Science and Technology. It's a 20-member outside advisory group, so really nothing to get too worked up about.
- Speaking of GOOG, they say their flu map reflects that swine flu cases in the U.S. are still few and far between. But aren't their results based on search? And aren't we searching for swine flu like fools?
- Your one-stop flu shop: PandemicFlu.gov.
- Organizing for America releases a state-by-state map breaking down what Obama's done over his first 100 days. OFA/Obama is smartly talking about a "foundation for change" rather than the racking up of accomplishments.
- Making the free-market argument against DRM.
- "Socialism" is enjoying a burst of popularity on the floors of Congress. (via @cjoh) Though it's mostly one Georgia freshman responsible for the leap.
